QUESTION: How early may I make a reservation?
ANSWER: Reservations are accepted 2 weeks in advance. Tee times for singles must please be arranged by calling the Professional Shop at Lakeview at 540.434.8937.
QUESTION: The online reservation system refers to "Course A" and "Course B." What are these courses?
ANSWER: Course rotations are subject to change based on Course Maintenances and other factors affecting the play of the course. With questions, please feel free to call the clubhouse at 540.434.8937. See the current course rotation schedule under Golf Facility Info at left.
QUESTION: Which link should I use to reserve my tee time online, Tee Times or Tee Time Specials?
ANSWER: The "Tee Times" link is most appropriate for our members as they have season passes and are not paying green fees per round. Anyone may reserve through this link but a guest may find better rates by going through the "Tee Time Specials" link. And we always encourage online reservations for access to our best available rates!
QUESTION: Why does it require that I enter my credit card?
ANSWER: A credit card is simply used to hold your reservation, much like a hotel reservation. Your card is not charged until you check in at the clubhouse.
QUESTION: Is it safe to enter my credit card number at this site?
ANSWER: Absolutely. The booking pages are hosted on secure servers. Information is secured with 128-bit encryption and is safely transmitted.
QUESTION: Do I have to login to book a tee time?
ANSWER: The reservation system does not require you to login to book a tee time, however there are several benefits if you do. Reserving a tee time while logged in will be tracked in your reservation history. In addition, all forms required to reserve a tee time will be completed for you, saving you a great amount of effort every time you book a tee time.
QUESTION: I booked a tee time that I need to cancel. Can I cancel this online?
ANSWER: Please note that due to high demand for prime tee times, if you cannot honor your tee time, we urge you to cancel or change your reservation in a timely manner. Tee time cancellations are not currently supported online. In order to cancel a tee time booked online you must call the golf course directly at 540.434.8937.
QUESTION: Can I see all of the tee times I have booked online?
ANSWER: Reservation history can be viewed in the “My Profile” section of your online profile. Only tee times booked while logged into your profile account will be displayed in the history. To access your reservation history, log into your account and click on the “My Profile” button in the top-right. Your reservation history is displayed on the bottom of the page.
