Reservation Policies
Lakeview Golf Club provides the ability to book advanced tee times reservations through two options: (1) Booking online or (2) Calling the Professional Shop at 540.434.8937.
Tee Times may be reserved up to 14 days in advance.
Online tee times require a booking of two or more players. Single tee times must please call the Professional Shop at Lakeview at 540.434.8937
Please check date in on-screen confirmation window to ensure correct date for reservation.
Course rotations are subject to change based on course maintenance and other factors affecting the play of the course. See the course rotation schedule under Golf Facility Info at left for more info.
The following policies and procedures are in effect and enforced to accommodate a smooth and fast booking process. There is no fee for booking on our website. We look forward to having you as a member or guest at Lakeview Golf Club. Enjoy your round!
Members/Guest Advanced Tee Time Policies:
- Members/Guests have the option to schedule advance tee times 14 days in advance.
- Members/Guests also have the option to place their names into one of the many standard blocked tee times.
- “Blocked tee times” will only be held up to 36 hours in advance. If the times are not filled with exact player’s names the reservation will be opened to the public to make the reservation.
- Members/Guests must check-in 20 minutes before their scheduled tee time. Members/Guests not checking-in before the mentioned time may lose their spot and if not filled may become subject to a Cancellation Fee.
- Online tee times require a booking of two or more players.
- Singles calling to make reserved tee times for Friday-Sunday must call the Professional Shop and have their name added to the reserve list. Singles will be called 24 hours in advance to confirm or apply their names to a wait list.
- Walk-ins are always welcome though Lakeview may not be able to guarantee a spot and or tee time.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations may only be by calling the Professional Shop 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made after the 24 hour window may be subject to the Cancellation Policies.
- Members cancelling inside the 24 hour period will be treated as “No-Shows” and abide by policies set forth below.
- Guests cancelling inside the 24 hour period may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee for each player.
- Guests incurring a “No-Show” may be subject to the above mentioned $25 cancellation fee player.
“No-Show” Policy:
Members incurring a “No-Show” will fall under the certain procedures:
- 1st No-Show Offense will be viewed as a mistake by the Professional Shop. The Professional Staff will place a phone call to ensure practices were mandated accordingly.
- 2nd No-Show Offense will include a letter of reference by the Head Professional asking to better assist us in tee time reservations by giving advanced notice of any change of plans.
- 3rd No-Show Offense will be preceded by explaining the change in the member’s ability to make advance tee time reservations for a period of 30 days.
- Blocked/Reserved Tee Times Groups may incur a decrease in reserved tee times the following week if they fail to fill the number of spots made available for the group. Calls made to decrease the number of tee times before the cancellation period will not be held in accordance with this policy.
Credit Card Guarantee
Guests requesting 2 or more advance tee time reservations are required to hold the reservation using a valid credit card number as a guarantee. A cancellation fee also applies to all “no-show” groups. Groups decreasing in size after the cancellation period may be subject to a cancellation fee. Credit Cards will also be requested to guarantee tee times for those guests with multiple “no-show” infractions.
