Tournament Players' Series
This is a program designed to help junior golfers prepare for competition. Participants meet weekly from November through July, taking a break during the high school golf season (August through October). A typical session lasts one and a half hours: 45 minutes of one-on-one instruction 
followed by 45 minutes of interactive games and competitions with other participants. The juniors earn points each time they participate, and each time they win a skills challenge. There are usually at least three mini-tournaments during the TPS season, when participants play for prizes, points, and pizza.
At the end of the season there is a group dinner with recognition of the season's top point-earners. Sessions usually cost $15, but tournaments and other occasions (trips to the RMH Wellness Center, guest speakers, etc.) sometimes cost more. There is no strict age requirement, but most participants are between 10 and 17 years old.

Lessons are generally 45 minutes long. Packages usually include at least one on-course lesson that lasts one and a half hours. For two people taking lessons together: take the individual price at left and multiply by 1.5 to determine the total cost. The rate for playing lessons includes the cost of playing golf (no other fees are due). |
Lakeview also serves as host to various junior tournaments, including events on the Plantations Junior Golf Tour and the First Citizens Junior Golf Tour.
